Eid Gift program made its debut in Sabah on the 25th of October 2008.The distribution was made possible with the cooperation from the IRM's volunteers of Bahagian Keselamatan Universiti Malaysia Sabah led by Captain (B), Haznain Ngamil.
The distribution took place in Kota Kinabalu and was officiated by the Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Yahya Hussin at Masjid Kg Ketiau,Putatan, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
